♥WHAT IS A CUSTOM ORDER?♥
A custom order is a NEW product that is NOT currently listed in our shop. The turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 14-17 business days from the date you contact us with all the details.
♥HOW IT WORKS?♥
1. Pay the non-refundable $15 deposit (this listing). The deposit will go towards your final balance.
2. By paying the deposit, you are automatically on our books for 2023! Once you know the details of your event, contact us ASAP! For new custom orders, our turnaround time is approximately 14-17 business days from the date of purchase to complete the order, so please plan accordingly as we cannot make any guarantees if your NEED BY DATE is sooner than 14-17 business days.
3. For invitation orders, we will send you 2-3 digital PDF designs that you may choose from. Once a design has been chosen, we will send you the final invoice. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
4. Once the final invoice has been paid, production will begin.
♥POLICIES ON NEW CUSTOM ORDERS♥
1. Once you pick a design, we offer 3 rounds of complimentary proof revisions. Thereafter each revision will be $5.00. Once a proof is approved it goes into production, if a revision is requested thereafter, there will be a $10 reprinting fee.
2. Once you have chosen a design, we will invoice you & start production. If you decide on another design after the invoice has been sent, there will be a $15 new design fee.
3. COMMUNICATION is key. If there is a lack of or delay of communication on our client's part, shipping may be delayed.
